Jumping Jacks - Grade 3 and 4

How did your Ball Push-Ups and Spiderman Challenges go this week?  If you practice by doing a few exercises each day, you will see improvement.  

Try to SET A REALISTIC GOAL for yourself at the beginning of the week.  For example, if you tried the Ball Push-Ups at the beginning of the week and were only able to do 2, then you could set a goal of doing 6 by the end of the week.  A goal of 25 Ball Push-Ups would be too many. 

For Today's Warm-Up, please find a ball and 2 scarves or slippery socks.  Find an open space where you can be safe and click on the colored words below to follow along with me.  Have Fun!

Here is a great new game to practice your Underhand Throwing!  You will need a laundry basket or an empty box, one plastic cup, and one dice.  Please click on the colored words to learn how to play.
