Exercise helps us to take care of our bodies!

I hope you all are enjoying the activities in this blog!  These are suggestions for ways that you can stay active while you are at home.    

I challenge you to try 4 EASY Healthy Habits.
  • Eat:  fruits and vegetables
  • Active:  1 hour or more
  • Screens:  2 hours or less
  • Yes:  to water and no to sugary drinks


Please click on the colored words for Today's Fun Warm-Up.  You will need find 3 things around your house that you can step over.  Shoe boxes, paper, and toys can all be used.  Try it out and remember that you will be breathing faster and feeling sweaty by the end.
