Obstacles and Fans - Grade 3 and 4

Did you start creating your Obstacle Courses? 

Here is an awesome Warm-Up to try by Joe Wicks!  Find an Open Space where you won't hit anything when you do 1 helicopter.  Remember to Click on the Colored Words to Watch the Video.

I have another challenge for you today.  It is called the 'Great Fan Challenge' and it is so fun!!  Set a Timer for 1 Minute and find a hallway or Open Space.
You will need the following materials to begin:

• 2 pieces of paper scrunched in a ball
• 1 hard cover book
• 1 Plastic shopping bag
