Ball Push-Ups and Spiderman
The challenge for this week will help to make your tummy and back muscles stronger. You will need a ball or a rolled up pair of socks if you don't have a ball. Please watch the video below and try it out.

Here are some YOGA POSES to try when you need to calm down or stretch out. Focus on these points as you perform each one:
- Hold each Pose for at least 20 seconds
- Breathe regularly and deeply
- Be in control of your movement - don't stretch until it hurts
- Remove your socks on slippery floors
