Jump Rope - Grades 3 and 4

It is the beginning of June and the weather is warming up!   Think about some active goals that you can set this month to be healthy.  Join our school at jumpropeforheart.ca and you can keep track of your Healthy Habits that are EASY to do at home.  You can keep track of your STREAK online.  How many days in a row can you:


                              E - Eat Healthy Fruits and Vegetables
                              A - Be Active for 1 hour or more
                              S - Screens 2 hours or less per day (outside of school work)
                              Y - Yes to water and no to sugary drinks
