Healthy Eating - Kindergarten to Grade 2

What did you eat for breakfast today?  Eating healthy foods will give our bodies energy to read, write, skip, run, and play.  The Canada Food guide suggests that we eat foods from 3 food groups at all meals and snacks.  Take a look at this video to find out more.
