Join the Virtual Jump this Friday!

This week, we’ll celebrate together at our first-ever #VirtualJump Event Day!  Keep practising your jump rope skills, disc skills, walking, running, and playing tag.  Stay hydrated in the warmer weather by drinking water💧when you are thirsty.  Get active for Heart Health!!
