The warm summer days are here and it is a fabulous time to be active outside! Keep running, walking, bike riding, playing tag, skipping, and playing outdoor games. Maybe you have a backyard pool or a sprinkler to run through to keep cool on hot days. Remember to drink water when you are thirsty and wear sunscreen and a hat.

Virtual Jump Today!
It was so wonderful to be participating in the #VirtualJump this morning at 11am! I hope that many of you were enjoying the LIVE STREAM and being active. There were lots of cool skipping tricks, dancing, frog jumps, bunny hops, hula hooping, kicking and catching. Here is a video of me practicing being active and participating in the Virtual Jump. Fun Frisbee Game

You don't need a skipping rope to participate! Hopscotch, Animal Walks, Freeze Dance, Tag, Jumping Jacks, Shooting a Basketball, Running, and Hula Hooping are ways that you can be active with us on June 19th.
