Hats on For Mental Health Day

Wear a hat today to show your support for Mental Health!  Just as we do exercise to look after our bodies, we need to also take care of our minds.  Mindfulness helps us to keep our feelings and emotions positive.  It is being curious and noticing what is going on.  

Mindfulness

  • Try each of these poses for 1 minute in a quiet place and think about the things that you can see, hear, feel, taste, and touch.  
  • Notice how different you feel after just 2 minutes of noticing your surroundings. 




After you have finished practicing Mindfulness, try a different Warm-Up.  Find 2 cans of food and click the colored words to follow along.

Also, try a new Challenge with paddles.  You can easily make a paddle with materials around your house if you don't have a paddle.  Watch the video to find out how and try to beat your best score!
