Hello Grade 1's and 2's!
Have you been enjoying the beautiful, warm winter weather lately? I encourage you to spend some time outside each day being active! You can be active in your yard by building snow sculptures, making snow angels, sledding, and making your own paths in the snow.
Find an open space where you won't bump into anything and click on the coloured words to follow along with me in today's warm-up.
We will also practice our CRAB WALK. Click on the coloured words and read the instructions. How far can you do the Crab Walk around your house while keeping your hips off the ground?

Try these 2 balances. Can you count to 20 slowly without touching your foot to the ground?
